A few observations:

1) A lot of guys pulling double duty, but some pretty good talent on this card.

2) Nice main event, and they're oddly two of the few guys NOT pulling double duty.

3) For those who don't know, the Danny Davis teamed with Doug Furnas in one match and Wrestling II in the other is almost certainly Nightmare Danny Davis and not the heel ref.

4) Another oddity in that it looks like the faces were booked to go over in every match.

Albany was a regular stop for Crockett, and they used the same venue.

Perhaps, but I'm almost certain this was either the North Georgia Wrestling Alliance (run by Jerry Blackwell, IIRC) or Jody Hamilton's Deep South Wrestling.

Jerry's group was Southern Championship Wrestling. North Georgia came later (early '90s I believe).

Continental did hit up some Georgia towns in 1987, such as Marietta. They drew poorly though.

Southern Championship Wrestling is underrated .

If I recall correctly this was the period a group from Georgia was rumored to be purchasing Contintal from Ron Fuller. It never happened and within a few months Fuller sold to Woods.
