Recently.....

The first 20 episodes of SMW. There's some stuff I had forgotten about (Ivan & Vladimir Koloff in SMW) but I just love this company.

AAA Triplemania 2015 - I was really disappointed in this event. Not just because of the technical problems though. I was disappointed in the Misterio Jr. match and a few of the others. I dug the Alberto El Patron/Brian Cage bout though.

Dragon Gate USA: United We Stand (2011) - Akira Tozawa vs. BxB Hulk was a great, GREAT match. Both guys delivered. Jon Moxley (Dean Ambrose) vs. Homicide was a really good hardcore match and I don't usually like stuff like that. Good show.

NXT: Takeover Brooklyn - Another great show from NXT. Balor/Owens was awesome, Bayley/Sasha was the best or second best women's bout I've ever seen. I also thought Joe drug a good match out of Baron Corbin. Nothing bad on the show at all.

The Best of Mid South 1981 - Mostly highlights...but it's Mid South. So it's good.

Christopher Daniels shoot interview (plus an extra hour of Daniels & Kazarian shooting) - These guys both seem really cool and they're both hilarious. Daniels does a great Russo impression and both of them make Russo seem like the biggest dope in history. They also tell tons of TNA horror stories. People not getting paid, clueless higher ups, and just complete morons running around everywhere.

Later,
Nate

In the annuals of bad PPVs, this one is certainly under rated... Hogan vs. Vader headlines with Macho Man and Sting faces Avalanche and Big Bubba in the co-main event. Before that you have to survive through Hacksaw Duggan vs Bunkhouse Buck, Dave Sullivan vs. Kevin Sullivan, a listless Harlem Heat/Nasty Boys encounter, Paul Roma facing Alex Wright and Dustin Rhodes butting heads with the Blacktop Bully. This PPV also featured the first event Bobby Heenan was ever audibly hammered during...so uh...there's that....

WCW throws together the biggest tag team war they possibly could as the MegaPowers team up to battle Ric Flair and Vader! Sting and Big Bubba settle things once and for all in a "Lights Out" match, Road Warrior Hawk brawls with THE MONSTER MENG, Alex Wright grapples with Arn Anderson, Great Muta tries to fly against Paul Orndorff, Dick Murdoch breaks out the Ben Gay for a match with Wahoo McDaniel, Kevin Sullivan has a terrible battle with THE MAN WITH NO FACE, Harlem Heat collide with the Nasty Boys and we start with tons of notes from behind the scenes of WCW for the spring of 95!!!

Is this strictly reserved for wrestling? As it stands, not really watching any wrestling, either new or old. Been on a Sherlock Holmes kick (the British version with Jeremy Brett), and Star Trek Enterprise, very underrated series.
